WRSE presents “Total Climate Control” System program on Jan. 14

Home energy savings with the latest technology for your home

Monday, January 14, 2013
7 to 8 pm
West Roxbury Library, 1961 Centre Street
Free and open to all

Join us on Monday, January 14, to learn about the newest technology in heating and cooling your home, TCC, or Total Climate Control systems. The program will be given by representatives of Next Step Living (NSL), an approved contractor for the Renew Boston initiative, for which WRSE is a community partner.

The TCC description from the NSL Web site:
Total Climate Control Systems–which are also known as heat pumps–do, in fact, really do it all. They will cool your home in the summer and heat it in the winter. They are furnaces and air conditioners all in one. Just as important, they can perform these tasks all  year round far more efficiently than traditional heaters or air conditioners. A Mitsubishi M-System costs 65 to 75 percent less to own than propane, oil or conventional electric heaters. If you spend $56 to run your electric heater, you can achieve the same comfort for $13 to $17 with a Mitsubishi M-System.
